Since KMAF2018, we’ve sold out for the dinner banquet every year, and every year, we’re scrambling to get “one more” seat. Please register now! Banquet reservations are only open to the participant’s family. We will open to the general public two weeks before the event (and likely sell out before then).

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry or that of the minor child, I do hereby, for myself or the minor child, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive, release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or accrue to me against Gordon Martial Arts, Thomas Gordon, seminar leaders, this martial arts meet, its organizing committee, & all members of this martial arts meet, or their respective officers, committees, medical staff, agents, representatives, successors, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and leasees of premises on which the martial arts meet takes place, assignees for any and all damages which may be sustained by me and/or the minor child, in connection with my association with or entry in the above martial arts meet, or which may arise out of traveling to, participating in, and returning from this martial arts meet. I understand the nature of martial art activities and believe that my experience and capabilities, or that of the minor child, to be qualified to participate in this martial arts meet. I understand martial art activities involve risks & dangers that involve serious bodily injuries, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death. These risks & dangers may be caused by myself or the minor child’s own actions or inaction’s, and/or the actions or inaction’s of others participating in the martial arts meet. If the minor child or I fail to show up to the martial arts meet, for any reason, I knowingly forfeit this seminar and all applicable fees. I have read the agreement and fully understand its terms, understand that I or the minor child have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid that the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and affect. NO REFUNDS!
